Refund
We Received Payments for our services, User can request to refund a Ticket within next 7 days from purchase date ( not renew date or not upgraded order ). User will get Refund within 3-5 Busnesss days and after 7 days any refund request will not allowed. Refund is only available on shared hosting and VPS Hosting.
Note : We have no refund for domain service.
» For refund must have any technical issue, Also user need to create ticket for technical issues , If our team unable to resolve issue , then only refund will be allow. Also refund not allowed if there any develoment issue ( not server side )
» For any third party server or network blocked our network ( IP ) or unable to access from your VPS , we can not able to help on that , also refund will not applicable on this case.
The 7 day money back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same. For instance, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
If customer deny to KYC or failed to KYC , Then refund will not applicable.

Cancellation Process
User may cancel or terminate our service any time via Control panel and Ticket. Users are obliged to pay all fees and charges earned before the effect of this cancellation.
your access to the control panel will be suspended and user will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update their account information.
Termination Process
If any user not paid invoice for hosting service within due date, we will add let fee. If still unpaid after 5 days of due date ( For VPS 1 day), then service will be suspended.
If still unpaid after 30 days of due date ( for VPS 5 days), then service will be terminating (delete) from our side.
After terminate service we can’t recover date from the account.
